 Junya Watanabe

re-imagines the spikes of punk lore as an elegant bolster of soft petals and nudges the entire fashion universe in a new, more interesting direction.

Oneohtrix Point Never – ‘Animals’

What is Val Kilmer doing? Meditating? Sweating out chemicals? Quietly fighting against the gravitational pull of oblivion? Is he thinking about the complicated hipster cookies on his hotel room cupboard? Or is he merely sitting with it, feeling the subtle sway of universal energy flow through the folds of his Nike leisure suit? Please discuss.

Don’t say: ‘stuffed deer kissing’, say: ‘taxidermist artwork about love and death by Wim Delvoye and

Jeroen Lemaitre’.

Mr. Lemaitre has a new, purchase-worthy book out called ‘Wonders Are Collectible‘, collecting some of his finest, most gorgeous and yes, strangest creatures so far. Don’t worry, all critters croaked of natural causes.

Oathbreaker

Hey you, with the black metal font across your chest. Yeah, you. Take that shirt off if you haven’t heard “Rheia” by Oathbreaker.

A$AP Rocky – ‘Money Man’

A short-film by AWGE about a butterfly trade in the projects, turning eyeballs black and dreams into paranoia. This is the first (La Haine – inspired) visual to accompany the drop of Cozy Tapes Vol. 1.  feat. Skepta, Said Taghmaoui and A$AP Nast.

Baloji – ‘Spoiler’

I love it when people we’ve been supporting for years get signed to cool label. Baloji signed to Bella Union -rubbing elbows with the likes of Father John Misty, The Flaming Lips and Beach House- and celebrates in style with a self-directed video for “Spoiler” of his latest EP, ’64 Bits and Malachite’. Turn it up, do a little dance and cool back down by reading the subtitles so you can appreciate the lyricism behind the hooks.
