Beauty is truth and truth in Walter's case is big hats and skirts that make it looke like you're riding a white cotton horse into the future.

JD Salinger died the other day. One of my favourite writers. I spent the night of his death re-reading some of his short stories and being very quiet. First I was sad, then I was hopeful. You see, Mr. Salinger spent his life as a recluse and the amount of books he published was slim, to say the least. He didn't care for fame. The books are what mattered. I'm hoping that his will contains instructions to release more of his previously unseen writing.

And while I'm waiting, I'll be riding my white cotton horse into the future, fighting my wars. Care to join me?
