Who? Disko Drunkards is Tim Vanhamel (see: Millionaire) and The Glimmer Twins (see: Mo & Benoeli).
Why? Because The Glimmers have the international clout and the easy-going funk that makes this project a serious contender for surprise hype of the year. Plus, Tim is, as you know, one of the most talented dudes I've ever had the pleasure to meet. If Chromeo can make it, these guys should be top-billing rooftop parties all over New York next summer.
