Back in the day when I was interning for MTV UK we also got to do some major Werchter reporting.
The final night, Björk was headlining. And as it happened, right before showtime she, her band and crew gathered right next to our production -I want to say office, but I think it was just a- table.
Turned out this cutsie pixie (although I so would not want to mess with her) likes to prep herself with all my favourite 80's hits. They blasted some 'We Don't hve To Take Our Clothes Off', some 'Let's Hear It For The Boys' and 'What Have You Done For Me Lately'. From a boombox. And she totally jumped around.
