I look forward to the rise of Leon Bridges, whose sound is always just a little bit more layered than most and whose soulful voice always succeeds in effortlessly taking you where he wants you to go. In the video for "Bad Bad News", two storylines (one of a young woman - played by the phenomenal Paloma Elsesser - confronting a cat-calling creep on the subway and one of Leon's band rehearsing) connect through a hip-flexing, shoulder-shaking choreography in a moonlit New York city.
