Tom Jenkinson is mostly known as Squarepusher and James McVinnie is a really good organist. Together, they took on the huge organ at London’s Royal Festival Hall to record all-new music, all in one night. The results are terrifyingly beautiful, something you might hear on the soundtrack for a Kubrick film, or if you’re looking for a deeper cut: something James Ives might have unleashed upon the world.
