I love the line “blood is humming us” from Esperanza Spalding’s “Lest We Forget” and this version with Robert Glasper on piano and Yasiin Bey on vocals adds a spiritual hum, whistle and tinkle to the original. Recorded live at the Blue Note in NYC in 2019. Yasiin is weaving in the lyrics of “Creole” from Charlie Hunter’s “Songs from the Analog Playground”, I think. Magic.
