Remember last year, ‘t was the weeks before Christmas, when I told you Holly Herndon was working on music assisted by an Artificial Intelligence called “Spawn”? Well, now there’s an entire album that has sprung forth from that transhuman endeavour. It’s called “Proto” and to promote “Proto” -like, pronto- there is a new video, in which you (we, all of humanity connected to the grid) can catch a glimpse of how the album was made. If this is what the Singularity sounds like, I ain’t mad at it.
