Major Lazer is continuing their ongoing bombardment of all things essential (see: shirts, mishka mix, essential mix) with an incredibly outrageous video for the best track on their debut album: 'Pon De Floor'.
Welcome to my blog. I document my adventures in travel, style, and food. Hope you have a nice stay!
All in music

If I had a time machine next to the water cooler, I'd nip out to a quiet beach in Ibiza circa 1978 with D and take this mix with me as a present to the natives. I'm sure they would appreciate it.
A bit harder and dubsteppy than you're used to from the Major, but definitely worth the D/L.
Hey hey it's the monkeys. They're back from the desert, they've got new haircuts suitable for 21st century rock prophets and a new album called 'Humbug'. Josh Homme produced and -if this first single is anything to go by - really stomped all over the songs, resulting in less dance-punk, more desert rock and psychedelica. I, for one, approve.
NEET just launched their official homepage with an exclusive M.I.A. remix of Rye Rye's track "Rock Off/Shake Off". There's even a free MP3 of the track. Now isn't that nice?
Ed Banger's Cool Cats will be setting up shop on the outskirts of Paris. The Yellow Shop, in association with LiveStrong, will be open for two days: the 25th and the 26th (this weekend only).
So one of the hottest chicks in music got married and is pregnant. She just finished recording her album with Mirwais, which will drop soon.
Meanwhile you can get this Uffie x Revolver x So Me camper bag in two colour ways.
To tie you over until the new Blueprint drops, here's a new Hova mixtape with all of his recent exploits (singles, remixes, freestyles...) and a small 'best of' of his last albums
Hey boys Hey girls
It's 2ManyDJ's. Live at Rock Werchter 2009.(Full hour, not the 20 minute version circulating earlier...) Download and tracklist.
M.I.A. directs the new video of her protégé Rye Rye. Raw, gritty and probably the hardest clip ever (to take screenshots of). Did someone not tell me about this Betamax revival?
Akiko Matsuura is in no less than THREE good bands. All of which you should know about.
