Faris Badwan, the slightly eccentric frontman of the biggest hype of 2009 The Horrors, has been working on a side project called 'Lumina'. This is his self-directed video for their first (and only?) release "I'll be with you", a Black Lips cover.
Welcome to my blog. I document my adventures in travel, style, and food. Hope you have a nice stay!

Personally, I don't get the Nina Sky thing. I mean, yeah they look good and one of them knows how to DJ and all. But this could easily have been a new J.Lo track, too. That being said, the video is very much NSFW and I don't think J.Lo will be releasing a video with mutated strippers with rockets for legs any time soon. Her loss.
Aux Raus are playing at the Diesel U Music party in BXL tonight. And by 'playing', we of course mean jumping naked from a giant inflatable tongue. We sent them some questions. This is the filth that came back:
Mixtapes by Lindstrom (feat. ABBA and Black Sabbath) and the XX (feat. the XX bootlegs, Four Tet, Skream, Burial and the XX edits)
Answering the age old question: "So what you done good?", Buraka Som Sistema goes back to Buraka -their original neighbourhood in Portugal- to throw their peeps a bona fide block party.
A mix by Justice? In 2009? Really? Yes! Well, kind of. Annie Mac re-broadcast an old mix from when Justice mixes were still a big thing, see?
We are giving away 1 duo ticket to the Anarchic spécial D : U : M edition in Brussels this Friday!
Fafi, the girl whose name now actually means 'fresh' in Dutch (no kiddin'), goes back to the roots of her first collection: all-out sparkles, rainbows and sparkling Fafinettes lounging about in rainbow-coloured panties and stockings.
Wow. I've never really felt the need to post anything by Young Dro before (no offence, Dro). But the style of this new video for 'I don't know y'all' is going to be copied by Ad Men all over the globe, no doubt about it.
Artist Erwin Wurm and Claudia Shifer have fun in German Vogue November with a bunch of artistically used props.
I was floating around on an inflatable lobster in Egypt when the Kanye West x Spike Jonze short film 'Once We Were a Fairytale' dropped. But this little doozy is the perfect excuse to lay it on you anyway as the final post before the weekend hits.
Florence & The Machine covers 90's Jesus-lovin' Euro Pop anthem by Candi Statton and the XX turn the the whole thing into an intense breakbeat-driven gem of a remix. Win.
