Mike Mills is one of those directors who doesn’t need much to infuse a visual image with tenderness and humanity. In the video for The National’s fragile ‘Hey Rosie’, Sharon Eyal dances around an industrial building. That’s it. And it’s more than enough.

But really, if you’re up for going a bit deeper, move on to The National’s overarching story just beyond. “Hey Rosie” shows the subconscious part of Alicia Vikander’s character in the fantastic short film for "I Am Easy to Find", also directed by Mike Mills.
