The song is about commitment, love and people tricking you into believing their devotion is eternal and unconditional, when in fact they are just uhh … doing a little dance? Wearing a mask? Something like that. Don’t worry, it’s all a bit silly and ironic in the end, when the costume is dropped and the artist dances around in her underpants for your amusement.
